 About the course leader

Lea Jamieson has been practising an Enabling Prayer Ministry across various Christian denominations since 1980 and is a member of the Cathedral Spiritual Directors Group.

Peripatetic Prayer

If Wednesdays are impossible for you but you want to access the course, Lea is willing to do some 'one off' sessions lasting an hour-and-a-half for two or more people. These can be held at your home (in or around Cromer) or at her home, at a time suitable for all.  This option might be of interest to prayer partners or prayer triplets, and might be suitable if you have young children, or lessened mobility or fatigue which means this would make it possible for you. Please contact Lea to discuss. The sessions do have a progression, but it is possible to choose just one specific session.  They are suitable for anyone wanting to go deeper in prayer.

Other ideas for Prayer Partners or Triplets

Over the last three years, a group of 8 to 10 people has been growing spiritually together by meeting monthly and working through some of Joyce Rupp's books. We started with 'The Cup of your Life' then 'The Open Door' and, this last year, 'May I have this dance'. Meg Claridge has supported the group faithfully in prayer and we have known many blessings and answered prayers. Joyce Rupp's books are highly recommended to increase the effectiveness of your prayers.

2018 Plans

  • A monthly group using Joyce Rupp's 'Fresh Bread.'
  • A monthly group meeting to do Contemplative Prayer and explore the prophetic gift together.

Please contact Lea to book a place or for further details of any of these opportunities.
