Tearfund is launching a year of prayer for the Climate Emergency and there will be an interactive prayer afternoon on Thursday 5th March, 2.00 - 4.00 p.m. at St Martin's.
Creation has been knocked out of balance and people have been pushed back into poverty. Christians are being asked to fill the year with passionate prayer for justice and climate solutions leading up to the UN Climate Talks in Glasgow in November. Come and join us for an hour of prayer with 12 Interactive Prayer Stations to help us pray and understand better how the Climate Emergency is affecting those living in poverty. We will join together at the end for refreshments and fellowship. You can find further information and resources here or contact Lynda or Judith for further details.
Please note that this prayer afternoon replaces the March Church Prayer Night.
