Planning a School or Group Visit to Cromer Parish Church

Please complete this form to help us help you plan your visit.

We want you to have a safe, enjoyable and worthwhile visit to Cromer Parish Church. To help you do this, and get the most out of your time with us, we need a certain amount of information so that we can plan your time with us and choose the right people to meet you and work with you.

We have designed this form to collect all the information that we need.  Please take the time to complete it fully and carefully.  You can attach a Word file (or other document) to the form if there is other information that you need to send us.

When you have filled in the form, complete the security code, and click the 'send' button at the bottom.  The form will be sent directly to Anne Cottingham, our visits coordinator.  Thank you for your cooperation.  We looking forward to helping you have a great visit.

Groups must be supervised by an appropriate number of adults.  We expect you to apply the standard adult:child ratios according to age at all times, with a minimum of 2 adults for all groups when climbing the tower. Groups climbing the tower are limited to 20 plus the accompanying adults.  We suggest that groups touring the church should also be limited to 20.  If you have a larger group (e.g. a class of 30) you will need to split them into two (or more) groups so that one half climbs the tower while the other half takes the tour.  You should allow at least one hour for the tour and three-quarters of an hour for the tower climb.  A two-hour visit is needed to do both comfortably.  You will need more time and extra adults if you have more than two groups.

Bible Motto 2010

praise_hands"And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved."

Our 2010 Bible motto is taken from Acts 2:47 and reminds us that, as a Christian church family, we exist to worship a loving God; to express that love in Christian community; to draw people to Jesus; to build them up as His followers, and to equip them for service for the good of the world.
